Three companies quoted the charger. Two said I needed a full panel upgrade for another $3k. Brightwire ran the load calc, showed me the numbers, and fitted a load-management device instead. Saved me most of the cost and told me exactly why.

How does your pricing work?
Flat rate. We diagnose the problem, quote the repair as one number, and you approve it before anything starts. We do not bill by the hour on residential work, so a job that takes longer than expected costs you nothing extra.
Do you charge a trip fee?
There is a $79 diagnostic on a standard call and $149 on an emergency call, and both are credited in full against the work if you go ahead. If we cannot help, you pay the diagnostic and nothing else.
How soon can you get here?
Most standard calls are booked same or next day. Emergencies are dispatched immediately — our average arrival across the Valley is about 90 minutes.
Do you guarantee the work?
Two years on labour, and the manufacturer's warranty on parts. If something we touched fails inside that, we come back at no charge.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, on jobs over $1,000. Approval takes a few minutes on a phone, and there are 0% plans over 12 months for qualified applicants.
