Is it worth suing?
Frequently not, and we will say so. If the sum is modest, the other side has no money, or the costs would swallow the recovery, you deserve to hear that in the first meeting rather than after three months of fees.
How are your costs worked out?
In stages, each agreed in writing before we begin it. You will never receive a bill for work you did not know was being done.
