Same-day urgent examination. Diagnostics estimated and agreed before they are run.

Every estimate is itemised and discussed with you before treatment begins. If a procedure would exceed it, we call you first.

When should I go straight to an emergency hospital?

Difficulty breathing, collapse, seizures, a male cat straining to urinate, a suspected bloat, uncontrolled bleeding, or anything after our hours. Call us and we will tell you plainly — and if it is an ER case we will phone ahead for you.

Do you charge an emergency fee?

No. A same-day sick visit is $95, the same as any other weekday appointment slot.
