Every estimate is itemised and discussed with you before treatment begins. If a procedure would exceed it, we call you first.

How often should my pet be seen?
Once a year for a healthy adult, twice a year from about seven years old, and more often for puppies, kittens and anyone managing a chronic condition. Pets age faster than we do, and a year between visits is a long time to miss something.
Does my indoor cat really need vaccines?
Some of them, yes — rabies is required by Colorado law, and indoor cats still get out. But we will not give a vaccine your cat has no exposure risk for. We go through the list with you rather than defaulting to everything.
Can we see the same veterinarian each time?
Yes, and we encourage it. Continuity is genuinely better medicine, and most of our clients request a doctor by name when they book.
