Be the plumber they can ring in four seconds.

Most plumbing searches are urgent, local and made on a phone while something is going wrong. The site's only job is to be legible immediately and put your number under a thumb. Almost everything else is decoration.

See it, don't read about it

A finished site, in your line of work, that you can click around.

Halden & Sons is a complete demonstration site we built — every page, every service, every form working. It is a fictional business, so nothing on it is anyone's real trading record. Open it and picture your name on it.

Halden & Sons

Manchester plumbers and Gas Safe heating engineers since 1994.

What to look at first

Tap the number in the header — it dials, from any page

See how the emergency page tells you where your stopcock is first

Open an area page and see how one town gets one page

Use the callback form — it works, and nothing is stored

Every demo is a fictional business and is labelled as one on every page. We will not put a company that does not exist online without saying so — and we will not invent reviews or results for yours either.

02The problem

Why the site you have isn't working

Three things that cost you the enquiry.

These are what we find on almost every plumbing contractors website we are asked to look at.

Too slow to load, too slow to read

Someone standing in water gives a site about four seconds. A slideshow and a stock photo of a smiling engineer costs you the call.

A call-out charge nobody mentions

The single biggest hesitation before ringing a plumber is not knowing what picking up the phone will cost. Say it and you get the call.

No proof of registration

Gas Safe, trade registration, public liability. Missing them is why a customer rings the next result instead of yours.

03What you get

In every build

What's actually included.

One fixed price against a written scope. Everything below is in it — there is no list of extras waiting after you sign.

01

A page for every service

Emergency, boilers, bathrooms, drains, landlord certificates — each with its own page and its own call path.

02

A page for every area

One per town or suburb you cover. It is what ranks locally and it is what most plumbing sites lack.

03

Click-to-call everywhere

Header, sticky mobile bar, and beside every price. That one element does most of the work.

04

Your charges stated

Call-out fee or the absence of one, and a from-price per job. It is the hesitation that stops people ringing.

05

Registration shown

Gas Safe or local equivalent, and public liability, displayed next to the call button.

06

Built to load instantly

Static-fast pages, because four seconds is the whole budget.

07

Your real reviews, live

Straight from your Google profile.

08

Hosting, SSL and changes

Included. You ring us when something changes.

04Structure

One page per thing people search for

The structure that actually ranks locally.

This is the page list from the Halden & Sons demo. Yours is built the same way, with your services and your areas.

05What we report

After it's live

You get told what it produced.

A monthly note in plain English. Not a forty-page dashboard nobody opens.

Calls from the site

Every click-to-call tracked, per page, so you know what the site produced.

Callback requests

Counted per service and per area.

Where you rank

For your services in your towns, reported monthly in plain English.

06Questions

Asked before every build

The questions we get first.

Do people really book plumbers from a website?

They call from one. Emergency plumbing traffic is overwhelmingly mobile, and the site's only job is to be the shortest path from a search result to a ringing phone.

Can you handle several trading names or areas?

Yes. Multi-location builds get one page per area with its own reviews and contact details. It is more pages, so it is a bigger scope, and the quote says so up front.

What does it cost?

Every build is quoted against a written scope, so the number matches the job rather than a bracket on a price list. Tell us your services and the areas you cover and you get one fixed price with a delivery date — not an hourly estimate.

Do I own the site?

Yes. The domain stays in your name, the content is yours, and you can take an export of the whole site at any point. Nothing here is designed to trap you.

What do you need from me?

One 45-minute call. We write the content with you on that call rather than sending a 40-page questionnaire, then come back with pages for you to correct.
